Cheaper to buy entire plug. Mr DIY sells a pack.

Rice cooker need a good quality plug. Those from MK are damn good and cost around RM 12-13 each. El-cheapo plug also can use but will melt eventually. Those only good for low wattage appliances.

These fuse very cheap one, not cheap in quality but in price, less than RM1 for a piece. But, usually they come in a bundle of a few pieces. Make sure you buy the one which comes with SIRIM label.

However, I am more concerned about your electrical appliance, what makes it blow the fuse.

I’ve never encounter a 13 amp blown fuse in my life
If blown means your kettle already dead and changing the fuse would be of no help

got money then use MK bakelite else choose UMS bakelite plug also not bad and only RM3.5 each.

don't use cheap nylon plug like those sell in MrDiy, later your house burn easily.

can test using another similar cable, but mostly KO.

*check your desktop cable, mostly have the fuse either 13 amp or lower which can be swap out.

If it is the fuse just need replacing, but usually something wrong with the appliances which cause the fuse to blow.

MR DIY, Giant, Tesco, Jusco all have

very easy to change

otherwise just buy whole plug, change the whole plug will be better because the old casing might have melted/not in good condition.

The fuse is not easy to find. You can try electrical shops if there is one near you. Or you can just buy the whole plug instead of chasing around for the fuse which may cost more than the whole plug after factoring in your petrol and parking not to mention time.
