Sharp top loaded washing machine.... It's quite new, a few months only
Rental units, tenant complain got water leftover in the drum AFTER washing ,dress can't dry.

TS, you got to be more specific on what you mean by drum got water cos it is meant for the drum to have water during the wash process.

After that the water drains and the spin process kicks in.

Does the machine go through the spin process? With water inside, it'll vibrate badly.

check outlet hose no kink and not higher that body outlet.

how high the water leftover?

Most likely the water level control is faulty. Open the machine’s control panel and look for a plastic tube attached to the water level valve. If it’s clogged, clear it out. If the valve itself is corroded, it’s time for a replacement.

Before doing that you may want to reset your washing machine. Turn off the electrical switch for about one minute then turn it back on and see if it drains.

Cannot compare with olden days Electrolux/National washing machines. Those can go for 20 years without any issues.

Agree. Mine Elba washing machine almost 20 yrs old now nvr got problem n nvr break down.
