Increase Fibre intake.
Reduce Sugar intake.
Avoid Fried & Oily food.
Eat more Veg & Fruits.

Saturated fats after consumed cause our Liver to produce Tons of cholesterol. Trans fat makes LDL which are Artery busters. Hscrp will be increased which raises risk of CAD.
