only need to link devices and the usb dongle with the unifying software once, then it could be used anywhere.. including android phone (with a simple usb converter)..
btw, seems that Logitech cheapskate their product over these years (since MK270r era , I guess) .. eg: M185 used to be unifying supported, newer M185 don't... MK270 support unifying , but MK270r don't..
