X.E.D - thanks for the proxy

ok here my experience with deluge;
download max speed with loads of seeder and peer
with single digit seeder/peer <40kb/s but cannot connect to all available peer/seeder sometimes only seeder or peer
transfering completed files to other partition slow like hell
mem usage 30+mb
