Hi,

Can provide any ideas on how to build a dry kitchen here with an island table? to something like the 2nd picture...not as complicated as the sample, but at least got 1 small sink with a minimal cabinet + the island.

Thank you very very much.

Can you share the existing house plan so we can visualize the area and the adjacent toilet layout?

considering the tight space around the staircase and also the walk flow from the nearby toilet door, I suggest you keep everything simple, mean just having a single row of bar counter with wash basin on it instead of having a second separate wash basin cabinet.

You can opt for doing a 4 inch raised platform, so all water income and discharge piping can be run and hidden under it.

Here is the suggest design layout for you  wink.gif

normally eye ball wall spot lights are suggested to position 250 - 300mm from the wall line for better lighting effects.

I also reckon keep the lighting from position right above the bed mattress, so you won't have trouble with the disturbing light glare shine above you while you are resting on the bed.

Better put the lights at the border of the bed or above bed side table.
