Hi TS, I'm getting my house soon in the next few months and have been planning the layout based on floor plan provided.

One main concern about furnishing is...due to time and budget constraint, i can only do loose furnishing.
maybe lighting have to get contractor, that's it.

I have this main concern in my kitchen area, where the developer-provided kitchen cabinet and the TNB box there somehow limit the size of my fridge. So just want to check, does normal big fridge fit into the space?

Also, the kitchen cabinet as shown, is quite small, I cant imagine having microwave/toasters in the house if I dont have an extra island. But just not sure how should I put my kitchen island.

Then another concern is in my master room, where it seems small to squeeze in king size bed, and wardrobes, and a dressing table. I cant afford to move my wardrobe to another room, cause all 3 rooms will be occupied.

Below is the layout plan and picture of kitchen area, for illustration.

Normal 350 -450 liter 2 doors refrigerator will be ok to fit the space leftover by your developer, just make sure the refrigerator height not more than 1800mm as per your measurement.

can buy a low cabinet at dining area to put the microwave there if you don't plan to build in.

Can you re upload to first two images you wanted to share? as they didn't show up here.

Thanks a lot for the comment!
it was the same photo, as i first uploaded via link to here, then attached the photos as attachments.
it's the same photo.

For master bedroom, from the measurements of it, I feel it's quite small.
It it possible that I can squeeze 1 king size bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 dresser, and a dressing table?
I'm thinking of a way to do it without taking up too much spaces.
