Is it worth to leave a area beside the wet kitchen for the cloth drying purpose?

I have 20ftx10ft area to be extended at the back side.
Thinking of to extend it as wet kitchen (2/3) and cloth drying area (1/3).
Or better fully extend as wet kitchen?
