I would like to seek your recommendation on the placement of washing machine, fridge, hob & hood, sink, fan and ceiling light.
What color temperature of light should i use for each area?
Do you have any advices on the Plan A layout?

PS: the "Other" area in Original layout is illegal extension by previous owner, hence i plan to demolish it as shown in Plan A
My living room ceiling kinda low, around 8.5 feet only, dry kitchen around 9 feet, wer kitchen around 8 feet.
There is beam at the wall between the dry and wet kitchen, if i demolish the wall, the max height is only 7 feet
