Hi sifus sifus sekalian, I am looking for a house and currently have my eyes on one subsale unit that is at a good area and within my budget.

I know all reno is possible as long as you have money, but I just wanna ask some opinions on whether or not I can do the following reno affordably (even better if I can get a rough cost).

This is the original layout of the house.



This is the current layout of the house since the owner's original reno.


I want to know is it still possible to have an open kitchen concept in these kind of "traditional" layout. If so, how would you do it?

Also, is it possible to remove the current toilet and move it somewhere? (Are toilets super hard and super expensive to move?)
