Would you have any design recommendations/ideas on how to retrofit the following bathroom?

I'm in a dilemma of in the choice of mirror, whether to go Round or Square; frameless or framed (considering the Ikea round mirror)

Would appreciate any insight in making good use of the space without too much clutter...while I'd like to have storage space to hide things away, it's not often portrayed in most design mag/web, I wonder why
