Question:
I notice that a lot of houses have their kitchen sink facing a window, but I find that the window grills get rusted easily as it's near a humid area. All those nice design ones don't seem to have grills and it's overlooking nice garden etc. People may say that it's nicer to look out of window as you are doing dishes, but then if your view is merely your neighbour's back alley etc, is it really worth it. When we do dishes, don't we look at what we are washing instead of looking out? Any ideas? Should I place my sink next to the window or not?

How do I get this room to fit 3 single beds, wardrobe and 2 study table. No double decker. 3rd single bed rarely used, so maybe a pullout or sofabed perhaps. Appreciate your input.
