I want to ask as to the arrangement of furniture.

I measure the width of my living room (not including the walkway) and it's about 2700mm.

Do you think it's better to have a rectangular dining table or round? If so, any size recommendations? I feel that the scaling of furniture is important and I'm uncertain.

Also, I really want to get a L-shaped sofa but the ones that I've seen online are 2600-2700mm. This means that it will sit wall-to-walkway area. Any recommendations for sizes of sofa or sofa layout that would not eat up the space? or do you think the L-shaped sofa with 2600-2700mm will look fine (even though it will intrude onto the walkway area)?

Thank you.

No sure where is your tv point position, I guess if the tv point is at the wall near the main entrance side, then I will suggest you opt for 2+1 sofa set instead of L shape sofa.

As 2+1 sofa is more flexible and easier to reposition. It will have better walking flow around living and dinig area as a result too.

Here is the layout is recommend for you.

Hope this help!
