What is your opinion on having 3 different areas as shown in the pic above for my living room/dining room area. Will it be too crowded? Room size is 28ft long x 18ft wide excluding staircases. The reason why we place dining table there is because we always spend our time eating while watching our favourite shows. Thanks!

I want to place tv unit at the orange-marked area, however I am not sure to put a wall mounted one or just a normal cabinet with 4 legs. One more thing, will it be better to put divider between staircase and the tv area? Thanks.
