Do we need to provide reason to get angiogram cd?
My dad undergo the procedure in this hospital. They just gave us the files and photos only, no CD.
I said why need reason? The CD is also my dad's procedure also consider my dad's property. They said hospital policy???
Is that true they cn choose not to give us the CD? I'm angry

Just say you need as your cardiology cousin working overseas wants to see it.
I doubt that it is of any use to you. Do you have a DICOM system at home to view them?
But get a copy, in case he travels to other hospital and thye docs there wanna see which vessels have what problems where.
No the image generated are not dad's, he just paid to get it done and be interpreted by a specialist.
But go and get it. always handy to have it for future medical consults.
Good luck.
