Do we need to provide reason to get angiogram cd?

My dad undergo the procedure in this hospital. They just gave us the files and photos only, no CD.

I said why need reason? The CD is also my dad's procedure also consider my dad's property. They said hospital policy???


Is that true they cn choose not to give us the CD? I'm angry
