Anyone currently suffering from extremely high response time even with Maxis own server now?

It started about 2 days ago. Generally on Ookla Speedtest, I would get around <5ms on Maxis's Subang Jaya server. But now easily double more than 10ms and sometimes even as high as 30ms on a wired ethernet line to my PC during peak hours 9-11pm at night.

Speed remains normal but the response timing all increased to SG, HK, Japan, Europe and US servers.

The recommended ping timing during normal times for different regions are as follows:

Malaysian local servers = 3-10ms
SG servers = 10-15ms
HK = 45-50ms
Japan = 85-90ms
USA(West Coast LA) = 185-195ms
Europe(London) = 185-200ms

Suddenly my Maxis line pings short up to more than double now? Any maintenance works or issue going on Maxis?

i will just share my experience as a dota gamer. occasionally there will be packet loss and lag at night ~ 8pm to 11pm. called CS but they just cant do anything saying it was best effort basis.
my ping in speedtest is usually around 8-10 maxis local server.
speed test for browsing/youtube/facebook is stable and fine.

The reason is due more to Maxis's concentrator/edge router serving your area being overly congested during the festive season. I checked with some SG datacentres, the ping from SG-Cyberjaya(NTT MSC) is just around 10-12ms which is normal without signs of congestion.
