I believe that you guys who bought Petra Energy at above RM4.50 may be paying too much for it.
Petra energy's fairly and conservatively valued at around RM3.00 to RM3.50. Reason for the very high opening price and high 1st day trading is because most investors ignored the bonus issue dillution. Without the dillution RM4.50 is quite fair. Although whole market is not yet bloodly expensive, there are some counters especially some being chased after one run ahead their basic fundamental already aka too expensive even taking account of future improvement of its earning based on the successful winning of projects. Just be careful, treat it as short term speculation and ride on the momemtum of the stock to make some gain still ok but long term is not so good.

i just got back from outstation since yesterday.
i'm holding 20x100 onastel, 10x100 masteel and 100x100 genting (bought all of them this morning) contra in a day, can earn much with 10 cents? same brokerage fees apply? a question. my balance for genting is due on t+3, if i sell all my shares tomorrow and make gain, i don;t need to top up on t+3 right? |

if you contra withing the same day, intraday brokerage may apply (which is only 0.15% compared to 0.6%). However not all brokers will have that special pricing for you.
Yeah if you contra tomorrow you don't need to top up. But best to call your broker anyway to confirm. However normal brokerage fees will apply as that won't be intraday. |

My friend played this counter at high price and got burned...
KO - she sell off all ady..Today market good but PENERGY up till 4.84 den start gostan downhill... closing at 4.58. OSK research paper gives Fair value for this stock is only Rm 4.10.. Good luck to those who like to play this counter. My stocks UEMBLDR is moving strongly in vol and price today  ...highest is 1.90 and close at 1.85. Still have alot room to go up as its high volume buy to support due to interest with NCER launched. I bought 1.64 sell at 1.81, buy again at 1.75... now still holding for more money.  My penny stock PMCAP also start to move already... its a good sign.  Early this year Feb.. pmcap rise up to 0.50++  Will it able to rise and reach 0.50 or more soon?Get ready for tomorrow BULL run again...  All the best for LYN traders.
