Samsung Ipad cant login

Hi there, i have this problem with my samsung ipad....i cant login to it...and i forgotten my password....is there a way to solve this problem....can i bring it to the samsung service center ? Maybe they can reset the password....but i do not want the files in the ipad to be lost is it possible ? can anyone provide me the information on where to go to solve this or relevant party. TQ

TQ The simplest solution is just factory reset, but if Factory Reset Protection is turned on, you need to login into Google account after factory reset. |

I guess it depends on whether all your stuff is backed up or not. If it is, just do a factory reset, which will erase your data and you can download it again through your Google back up.
If you have a Samsung account, you can login here: findmymobile.samsung.com and look for the Unlock my device option. |
