Ppl pay what is worth, not what you need

Ayam work at SG engineering field. Even UM/USM/UTM grads hard to get nowadays. Extend offers (SGD3.5-4k) to some candidates but still they reject the offer. They take better offer elsewhere.

Nowadays UTM/UM/USM first class students not easy to get, just like NUS/NTU.

If is first job that offer is decent. But really depends on what industry... Software engineer fresh grad average can get around 2.8-3.2k if you good anywhere from 3.5 to 5k ++ but AFAIK software engineer have higher average salary. 7k is a bit unheard of even in tech industry.
