Magnesium is required in minute amounts. Most diets are adequate. "loads" is probably not helpful.

Why do you have to take Mg2+ supplements?

Don’t simply do something illogical by reading nonsense articles in the internet.

Eat normal food. Body will filter and keep and self regulate what is needed and not.

Not many people know about this but it's used pretty commonly to help with anxiety and sleep disorders. It tends to help the muscle relax more and it helps with rest. I've used it for a period of time and found it to help with my sleep.

I used to get my supplements from Vitacost. Fish oil, zinc and ashwagandha.

nice for magnesium most of the time I just consumed dark Coco. it got the job done .

magnesium can be quite relaxing , so it is always a good idea to have it if you have stress in your life .

Side talk, how does Vitacost compared to iHerb in terms of product selection, pricing and shipping cost?

dark coco means dark chocolate?

I never use iherbs for my supplements needs. From what I can gathered, Vitacost is a little bit on the cheaper site if comparing to iherb. Plus it has its very own brand label product line , meaning that you can get your supplements needs at lower costs if you opt to buy their line of products . I would approximate their product line is 20% cheaper than the other brands.

Sorry about before but what I really meant is cocoa powder. I didn’t eat much dark chocolates mainly because it was never quite accessible for me not to mention the price is quite high.

You can buy cocoa powder from organic shops or you can buy from 99 speedmart, under the Van Houten brand . It’s around rm9 per 100g . It's bitter, though
