Hi all,

I played futsal 2-3 months back before MCO and had a fall, injuring my left knee.

Until now i still the pain whenever i squat, most probably the knee needs to be realign or twisted back.

Want to ask for recommendation if there is any good tit tar or chiropractor around PJ?

Thanks

I'm not sure if I'm too late to reply but previously, my badminton buddy brought me here.

His technique is good and after 3-4 times, I didn't have any more pain. flex.gif

Also apologies in advance as I have not gone to his clinic in SEA Park in a long time so I'm not sure if Master Chong is still in this place.

His clinic is very, very packed with old people and injured young people (mostly sports). rclxub.gif
You either call OR go very, very, very early to take a number and be prepared to wait. Very long. sweat.gif

I hope it works for you! thumbsup.gif

But please take note that this kind of tit tar treatment isn't a one time thing.
You may need to go back several times depending on the severity of your problems. sweat.gif

I used to pass by his half-shop there, but I hear he has shifted.

There are quite a lot of people waiting there.

But I hear he doesn't charge cheap.

Is he a "Tit Tah" practitioner, who uses the Chinese yellow/brown-type
liquid poultices to pack your injured arms or legs, or a physiotherapist ?

Ahhh... shifted eh?
So long time I never been there.
The last time he charged was around RM70 depending on type of treatment.

Yes, after he massages your ligaments or body parts then he will use the bandages with the black paste.
His paste are all warm type.

(looks something like this but not the exact picture...)

Another tit tar in SS2 that I also used to go to uses either warm or cold paste depending on injury.
