1) settle all your bill

2) Mnp to others telco first. Digi,maxis,umobile etc etc etc

3) after manage Mnp. Must wait 1-2 weeks. This one depends some said 2-3 days only

3) then Mnp to celcom

Err im umobile change to prepaid.. ok je.. try call your celcom service customer. Less then 1o minute settle.

Most telco not allow postpaid to prepaid, because they lose profit.
They know you cant do a shit because you need the same number.

Btw, why dun u ask celcom? They should provide better answer.

Before this, many ppl tell me i cant downgrade maxis 1 plan to hotlink postpaid flex, need to port out. Yet i still can downgrade without porting out after talking to maxis.

Well lastnite i try to google around and all say cant, unless prepaid to postpaid can. So i too curious to get quick answer so i open thread and ask u guys here. But yah sure i'll be heading to celcom ofis anytime within this week to get best answer from them. Today might cant make it.

Some telco can. But don't call celcom. They will ding dong ding dong with you to stay postpaid. My case they didn't sent sms to confirm port out. After report to celcom. Port out again. Got sms to confirm port out. Bye bye . Now using xox. No need topup to active until 2022. Wkwkwkwkwkwkwkw.

Reason why I port out celcom postpaid because got WiFi at home.

I did it already last June. Celcom staff oso hint n told me have to mnp to other telco 1st. So i straight go to maxis few days before my celcom bil due in May. After success mnp to maxis, next day i went to celcom settle my bil before due date at kiosk machine. I didnt let them know i mnp to other lulz. Then i purposely wait a month. In June i went to celcom again n mnp maxis to celcom prepaid.
Celcom should allowed postpaid convert to prepaid la actually. Just a simple thing also hard for them to do.
