Next time expensive item go buy from shop. They can twist now say you open from down take the laptop and say never receive because no video record.  They can show cc tv that they put the item. You are the losing site now . Better go make police reporter to protect you and pray to GoD.

You can also do the same, put a CCTV on your house, receive and unbox in front of CCTV. tongue.gif

That sucks

I bought stuff from IT stores before but all arrived nicely. The most I spent in a single delivery was only 1k though.

Maybe its the box shape that gave it away?

Lowyat might be expensive a bit... but better than lose few thousand like him....  biggrin.gif

Anything proper, such as phone, laptop, PC, monitor, and even TV, better get it straight instead of so called delivery.

I can accept that online purchase sends me some rotten tomatoes or sprouted potatoes, but I cant accept if my electronics went wrong after it arrives.

The buyer is one stupid fella. Even I buy laptop from Currys PC world, I'll went there to pay, and return next day to collect it and open on the spot.

1 thing to check on spot is dead pixel

warranty does not cover dead pixel

so buy on spot can check dead pixel, if got dead pixel can ask open another box unit, else just walk away since not pay yet.
*
aye
dead pixel is tricky
diff company hav diff policy

the best, i cant recall which company was minimum 3 dead pixel only can change

one i worked for last time needed 7.. lol

If purchase at store like lowyat...
I always check the monitor or laptop first
If on the spot opens dead pixel, you can. Directly ask them change another one

Dell have the best dead pixel exchange policy, using the U series. 1 dead pixel they just exchange it.

FUCK THIS LAZADA

I top up number A (which belongs to my gf), but it top up to my own number instead.

I even repeat the transaction and record it using screen recorder, but WTF!, still Lazada said it is my fault and refuse refund. Ptui!

it takes time for lakada to investigate mah
i would take wild guess that some1 deliveryguy / dispatch unit took the laptop, probrably not the guy who delivered the box to buyer, but the 1 inside when arranging item to pickup from logistics facility.

bad luckla,

i bought 1 laptop from lakada cost 3k, delivered from china to msia, i received the item intact, aliluya me guanyin baoyou at that time.
