No offence but actually thinking, RM1.3k for a PS3 is just too cheap. You have to becareful in your choices in buying stuff and not just to see the price thats its cheap and buy.

I thnk its hard to track back the buyer as he will be vanished after reciving his money.

Hmm, you shouldn't have bidded for the item in the very first place.
Was the payment made via Paypal? If so, you can try your luck by filing complain through Ebay and Paypal.
IMO, seller like this sucks and makes Ebay Malaysia a failure forever.

you really gonna take action or you just talk-talk only? IF really want to take action then collect all your evidence and go report police and paypal.

What I know that paypal might not released the money as you didn't received the item. Report to eBay and PayPal that u didn't received the item. You will eventually got back your money, the only problem is how to take care of that *******.

If payment was made via paypal for an ebay item, log the dispute via paypal website under resolution center.

1. YOu wan to buy PS 3 from hushx
2. deposited RM1300 to hushx
3. hushx used ur RM1.3k to buy paypal from fairytale.
4. fairytale got rm1.3k and hushx got paypal

conclusion: u haven received ur PS3? So meaning to say, if u received ur ps3 = case closed?

1.i want ps3 from husx
2.deposited RM1.3K in acc no. that given by husx (later knowing that is fairytale acc)
3.husx said to fairytale that he bank in that 1.3k so he can get paypal credit from fairytale
4.fairytale got 1.3K,husx got usd395 paypal credit and i got s**t

its been a week,poslaju need only 1 to 2 day.husx didnt answer my call,so he commit the crime.he didnt backing himself. and how long i should wai till the ps3 arrived?
