Hi,
May I know how do you fund and withdraw funds from TD Ameritrade?
Is it just using Malaysia bank to fund, and withdraw it directly into your own Malaysia bank? Or do you use offshore/Singapore bank?

I tried with Malaysia CIMB bank (CIMB clicks) but it was refunded
