Likely the authorized dealer brought it to some outside shop and gave a cheap paint and even want to save on the clear coat.
First it will turn yellowish, later the pain will slowly dry and start to crack and peel. I had this experience before also repaired by a P2 authorized centre.
You might as well remove the paint and get it respray by a bodyshop outside. One panel should cost around 300-350.

How bout silver from perodua? is it better lasting?

It's not about the colour but the body shop that did the repaint did not apply a layer of clear coat on top of the basecoat or colour spray.
Without this layer, the basecoat is bound to dry and later peel no matter what colour is it.

how is perodua paint quality recently? read some thread some ppl had their car for 1 year and paint starts to chip ad

I don't know about the quality of their paint now but I have a Myvi that is 10years old.
I can say the quality of their paint is very good.
It is better than my Honda HRV.
You will know when you clean and detail the car. Dirt is easier to be removed on the Myvi.
Compare it with another Honda TMO 10 years also, the Myvi paint beat it.

So I think generally, likely even now, their paint should still be good.
