hi, as per title, does anyone have a copy of the manual I can download?
looked around the internet and found nothing, and currently can't access to maxis website to find if there is any in there

The ONU AKA BTU is only access by TM technician. That's why Maxis tech always have to wait for TM tech to come together when troubleshooting.

You can request TM to give you the new Nokia modem to replace your Alcatel-Lucent modem at no costs.
