GO+ is automatically registered as your quick balance anyway, as long its the highest in the list, it should be fine. (i.e. having RM50 on wallet, RM50 in GO+, but you buy something worth RM100 should work)

Haha yeah, that's what I plan to do. But you cannot reload directly to GO+ with CC icon_idea.gif Have to go through eWallet

Its just an optional architecture...

You can refer to the FAQ in the app. It said all payments supported for quick reload except p2p transfer.

Im using the same touch n go e wallet account.
I even tried put balance in GO+ in Iphone 8, and logged in back to my iphone 12, no GO+ feature.
Maybe Iphone 12 is not compatible? lol?

Maybe log out on your iphone12 account and re login should be the fix issue

Otherwise reinstall the application

I suspect their rollout is very patchy and should have done over the weekend instead
