I have bought an item from Lazada on 30/04/2020, and it said it had been picked up by logistic partner since 07/05/2020. I have no idea why my item is still stuck at the same stage (as shown in the image below), today is 16/5/2020. What should I do?
It stated its courier is LEL Express, which I tried to reach out through its website. The website only offered live chat, which is not helpful to track my item. I have no ideas when would I receive my item, as there were some buyers commented on the sellers page that they already received the same item and their purchase date is later than me. Should I wait some more?
The sellers are from China, I already chatted with them through Lazada, but didn't receive reply yet, only live chat.
