Hey guys, just upgraded my s7 edge to s20 ultra...but there is a problem, the s20 ultra cannot use the smart switch app...it keeps showing security policy blocked this feature etc

anyone here using screen protectors on your S20 Ultra? does it affects your fingerprint scanner?
