Data and line connection is really subjective and hard to comment as its really dependent on where you're living also for me in melaka its pretty good on Maxis, I get 4g in most places and signal even in certain parts of my workplace where my colleagues don't. But I'm not sure if that's a plus point for the phone or for maxis.
WiFi is works fine for me. Not much to complain. IMO since you on note 10+ already why not wait note 20 next month only. And pretty sure a lot of the kinks with the s20u camera etc should be worked out by then.

I've been using the s20 ultra since launch and with the note 20 on the horizon, I'd say you might as well wait.
Battery life for me has been adequate but not stellar. Around 5 hours SOT on work days where I don't have WiFi. If at home on WiFi 6 to 7 hours SOT is possible.
The main downside is the camera which to be honest has improved a lot since launch but it should not have been an issue in the first place on a phone this expensive
Performance day to day use is great especially the 120hz screen
If you're looking for a change right now, suggest can go for op8 Pro or s20 SD version as many have shown it to be better in terms of performance + battery life.
The note 20 line should be good and more optimised as they usually work out all the kinks by then.

Don't buy any S series after this

Whitestone dome probably the best already. Can get in shopee or check out garage sales i think got one or two people selling.
Personally not using any screen protector though used the plastic sp that came with the phone for a good two months + before it started getting scratched up.

Recommend to go for SD set. Using s20 ultra now. Besides the slow auto focus imo the large sensor also annoying with too much bokeh. I'd say the s20 plus sd version probably the best among s20 series

Now the question is if it comes with SD instead of exynos.

Got a feeling we gonna get the 4g variant only. Samsung won't want to cannabalize their other phones

If you don't mind warranty I would go for the s20+ import set tbh since price about the same. Have to wait official review to know if Samsung gimped the s20 FE in any way especially camera wise. Based on specs alone hard to say.

Ok for the past 2 months busy with work but noticed my camera having problems with auto focus. Its hard to describe when turn on the camera app it will focus near object but won't focus far object, have to shake the phone only will focus gets especially annoying when you have to scan mysejahtera nowadays.
finally had some time to bring phone to service centre.
they formatted my phone first and problem persisted so proceeded to replace the camera module.
all done under 3 hours so quite happy with the service.
Now problem fixed and camera focusing well.

If not mistaken FE is using optical fingerprint scanner instead of ultrasonic so the tempered glass shouldn't affect its performance

Any particular reason you prefer the s20 over the FE? IMO between these 2 the FE is a better buy with SD865, similar camera performance, battery is larger on FE also.

This is especially true when all the screens you use are 120hz now haha. Monitor 144hz, ipad pro 120hz, phone which you use the most also 120hz. Now when I notice/use other's 60hz screen, takes a couple of minutes to adjust
