 Maybank customer service is the worst

Have you guys called up Maybank customer service?

One of the worst customer service I ever met

They will put you on hotline for few minutes before answering before a customer service executive answer your call and no follow up whatsoever

Emailed them and was never replied

Even shitty cimb bank is much more responsive to customer needs and problems

I just called regarding chargeback dispute for 7 transactions ytd morning, at noon they call me to confirm my dispute again dont see any problem with them, well manner and job done accordingly

Try this, available 24/7.

Contact them on FB, create a dummy account using a dummy email address if necessary.

Message their FB inbox with your simplified problem, also include your name and phone number.

Then just wait, the one that will call you will be the one that can solve your issue, no passing around or waiting time.

I can tell you I call every half hour also 'all the lines are busy'

1 successful call for be at least 20min.

And some telco charges this calls.

I even tried to get a through the lost card department. No one answered after 30 minutes of trying. Cannot even imagine if it was a real case scenario.

After this incident, i found out Maybank was the least worst.

Yes worst ever customer service. I wanted to report duplicate transaction. They deny and disallow me email. I shouted until the whole house heard then brother takeover the conversation also get angry.
