I decided to purchase this contra property from this seller around August 2019. I paid my deposit of 3 percent and applied for a loan in which it was approve. However this seller, doesn't even have the S&P ready, it seems that they took up to around January 2020 (5 months) for thr to transfer the developer title to the owner and to prepare the S&P document for me to sign. I signed my document just before Chinese New year which might be 24th January if not mistaken. Until now, after the lockdown and everything, I still haven't heard about any news regarding any finalization of this sales and purchase.

I will be asking my lawyer about this but so far has anyone had any experience in the delaying of sales similar to my circumstances and if so is there any kind of compensation? I am suppose to just let them have my deposit while I sit here without what I paid for for way too long from August 2019 to May 2020. That is almost a year? wth?
