using xs++1.6.8
create a series of folders at the same location as XS++.exe
files_to_upload\tpa\preset\system\desktop\flash
put the flash file in the last folder \flash
connect ur phone to ur computer with xs++
select "flash", check "customization file system"
select "settings", select "BreakXS"
select "FSX", click "start FSX"
after a few minutes, the flashlist will upload to ur cell.

Is the bolded part XS++?
