Hmm.. is it changing the camera.dat as easy as uploading Flash Menu? Still have lots to learn.. flashing, changing driver.. etc.. Wanted to change my camera driver since I really cant stand it when under low light condition, all picture will be yellow-ish and I have to correct it with photoshop.

No. Upgrading firmware with official method (SEUS) will not void your warranty but upgrading firmware with method other than SEUS might void your warranty.
