Can Employer delay EPF payment, for more than 2 months?

Hi /k, as mentioned on the title.
Can an employer delayed EPF payout to staff for more than 2 months? My ex-company has not paying my epf since March. The last contribution was Feb. *Update 20 May: Finally received all the EPF contribution for almost 3 months. Glad that they paid. This post has been edited by Darkcloudz: May 20 2020, 04:16 PM |
