Burpees are excellent. How many times do you do a day?
If you want to see improvement, significant labs needed.

120! That's awesome. Burpees are great for longevity because it drives you out of breath.

The other day I also did about 200 burpees. Was part of my 10-Tabata song Workout. Pretty good, it’s doable and I liked it. Best fat burner ever. thumbup.gif
