Guys, i am trying to learn guitar again after years. I got an old acoustic guitar which I bought probably 20 years ago for around 100ringgit. I try to play with it and it still sound nice, still playable with open chords, but nowadays i am trying to learn some unplugged solo, i found the action on the frets near the guitar body is abit high, quite difficult to play. Hope some one can recommend me with value for money good acoustic guitar with cut away. I am trying to research online and found that farida d8 is really great value but it doesn’t have cut away. Also listen to cort ad880ce, fender cd60sce,epiphone aj220sce, but I couldn’t find out really how good they are through youtube.

Can anyone recommend a value for money acoustic guitar with cutaway? Thanks!

From those 3 you mention I would probably pick the Cort sight unseen

as generally Cort are ok
haven't played a good Fender acoustic yet
and only the most expensive Epiphone are passable

would try in person if i have the chance though..some stores are already opened up
