I have return the item a month ago and the preferred shopee seller has received the item 3 weeks ago but still didn’t get the refund.

Contact shopee 4 times and everytime ask me to wait.

Item is just a cheap 39.90 thing.

Anyone successfully get return refund from shopee? How long the process?

returned a dresser cost around 200rm, the process took 2 weeks from item receive by me and and refunded into shopee wallet.

Hmm. 2 weeks is fast. Mine from I received already more than a month. Did the seller notify/tick item received? Mine although shopee preferred but just keep quiet.

i don't remember, the shopee rep said 2 weeks earliest for refund, so after 2 weeks i check shopee wallet and there it was

shopee wrongly sent hairdryer instead of detergent. shopee suruh keep and gave us refund.

How long is the refund? Mine seems stuck forever.

Depends on what type of payment method did you use.
1. Credit/Debit card 7-14 days
2. Others method immediately to your shopee wallet

I ordered things from this seller
Then he gave me the tracking number

Many days passed ady n I checked with tracking code item mane pegi
No record

Then I asked the seller he said he vacation will process after he backed from vacation...

I only have experience in refund by Shoppee Wallet (as I exclusively that type of payment only), the refund process is fast, almost immediately or 15 minutes the longest.

but for my case, the item is not delivered/arrived yet. Ussualy I request refund for late process or shipment / no stock by seller

What i experiences from shopee is that there is no guarantee that you will get the items you ordered. It can be cancelled and refunded. Sometimes seller said out of stock. What can you do? Play waiting game. BTW the tracking number is generated by system. Doesn’t mean the seller already shipped out.

Update.

According to shopee nothing they can’t do if seller didn’t approve the refund. Lol. What a joke.

And this preferred shopee seller didn’t approve it and the transaction now completed. My money gone without getting the item.

Beware you guys. Looks like shopee is more helpful towards seller rather than buyer.

Maybe honest seller. This seller didn’t approve refund and shopee say NOTHING they can do about it. Meaning nothing shopee can do to help me except watching my money burn. Lol.
