Anyone had similar experience?
The stools were slightly watery, and like kopi-o black. But I have no headache, tummyache, no other discomfort or abnormalities anywhere else.
My recent diet were normal sandwiches, oat, papaya, some common nuts, normal buns, juice box and yakult. I have enough water and sleep, I don't smoke, no drugs and didn't take any alcohol lately.

Watery with unsual smell right. Always smell but this smell should be different than usual. This post has been edited by waghyu: May 14 2020, 11:52 AM

My sense of smell is not that good, but usually if the smell is strong I can smell it, but in this case not that much. This post has been edited by J1g54w: May 14 2020, 11:56 AM

Hello,
Have you been taking any iron supplements lately?
Now, worst case scenario is that there is bleeding somewhere in your gastrointestinal system. The darker the color, the further away it is from your anus region.
If this continues, maybe should consult a doctor.
Also, take more fibrous stuff. Fibre doesn't get absorbed and builds the bulk of your stool. Think of it as a thickener - when you take more, you thicken your stool.
Hope this helps.

if it's really really black like tar road (tarry black stool), it indicates bleeding.
I once had it. It was really really really black like charcoal.
It's not even those darkish black brown. It's really really black like charcoal. I got really scared.
Then I remember I ate an entire loaf of charcoal bread like two days earlier. Then after that, no more tarry black stool.
So, either u ate something charcoal-based or it indicates bleeding in the GI tract.

Just got checked, doctor said possible internal bleeding, too much acid. Minor bleeding usually heals by itself. If condition worsens/prolongs best to get colonoscopy and specialist treatment. it could be high oxalate in foods or food poisoning. I once experienced this after eating coconut drink with coconut ice cream. Very unpleasant.
