 Auto charge for Pay per Use

Hi,

Due to MCO my sister did not renew her data (hotlink) because most of the time she was using wifi at home only. Recently she started working but forgot to renew her data plan, but before she could remember to renew it she got charged as per following. How to deactivate this auto charge? For my own package, my speed is reduced but not auto charged when my data plan is over and if I tried to use the data. But for her case, this is different and the pay per use is auto deducted.

Basically how to disable the auto charge function? for my current plan they only reduce the speed which to me that’s reasonable compared to auto charge RM10 per day.

understood, what i meant to ask earlier is in case if the data is finished, or what if my sis forgets the data needs to be renewed, is that a way to avoid this auto charge.

for myself i will know if i need to renew when i realise the speed is suddenly super slow.

unless she just replaced her old old phone with new android phone.

then, please be noticed:
newer android version have the function that automatic switch to mobile data while your wifi signal is low.
so, please checking your  phone's wifi advance setting , and ensure it is disabled (sth called, intelligent assitant or what, u would recognize it when u see it).

haha as i mentioned in my first post due to MCO she was only using wifi from home. no data required.

you said there’s no other way but how come for my plan there is no such thing as auto charge like hers?
