Thanks for your honest review. I have never owned a MIUI phone before. I only owned 3 huawei phones as im comfortable with EMUI. However my future phone wont be a huawei due to lack of google play store. Poco F2 pro is quite ideal but i wont rush into buying coz my current phone is still good for me.

Is lack of security updates for android phone a problem after 2-3years? Anyone?

Oppo f11 pro security updates stuck at apr 2020 now. No Android 10 update yet too. Nowadays use WhatsApp more for work , switching OS seems not ideal for now. Thanks

Huawei always up to date of security but will crash some apps sideload

So far so good, feel a bit heavy but superb battery life n performance.

Ok, about MIUI 12 on Poco F2 Pro, running Global version via update few days ago. Some personal opinions on the newer integration.

Battery, still excellent. Easily 10 hours SoT without any sweat.

UI, are much eye candy here and there. Xiaomi take time on customizing the animation, from in to out, even the notification center. But... although UI runs well, apps do suffered occasion frame drop, to the point it's abit sluggish. Happened on scrolling through browser, IG, Reddit and some third party apps which never the case on MIUI 11.

This is the two point i noticed this 2 days with new version which i think more important to my daily usage, small details, not much.

any details on what kind of 5G band does this phone support?

I placed order on Gamers Hideout website yesterday for Poco F2 Pro, and today they called me their sealed unit already sold out. They offered me either to cancel order and proceed to refund or change to Demo Set which come with same 1 year warranty by them without any additional discount. Anybody else having same situation? After reaching some friends, there's few cases where GH doing things like this before, but I can't find any source to it.
