By ages, I slept lesser and lesser. Now, 4½ to 5 hours of sleep is enough for me. Or, maybe this time your body is not that tired as you are not working. Maybe when things back to normal you will be back to normal. Or during this non working time, do more extra physical activities to tire you up.
