You can get a quote from Ikea. Just contact them what you need to provide, most likely your house plan and the Ikea inhouse contractor will provide you quote price. You need to buy the kitchen cabinet from Ikea.

Bring your layout to IKEA and they have people that can help to put all the furniture in the software and give you a 3D drawing. Unlike those outside, there is no deposit required and you dont need to pay anything for that service. How expensive, depends on the item you select. Ikea sub out the installation to a third party which includes plumbing work.

If you do it simple, RM4K is possible. I did mine RM5K but its not that small. Ikea has 2 variance, the custom made and a ready made. If you go for the custom made, it will be expensive. If you go for the ready made, you can do it at RM4K (Depending on size).

The above series is the ready made one which is cheap.

IKEA got website ma.. https://www.ikea.com/my/en/cat/kitchen-sinks-24263/ from 154 and up

What is your layout? if yours is 30ft kitchen 4k won't be sufficient.. if basic 8ft straight layout (typical apartment) then roughly you can have
Basic preconfigured kitchen series https://www.ikea.com/my/en/cat/unit-kitchens-22957/
these are around 2k for materials, more or less what u see is what u get, no/little customisation
maybe you wanna add on tap or sink etc 500
labour and installation and delivery shall we say 1.5-1.8k as a guesstimate but depends on the complexity. Actually seems quite affordable https://www.ikea.com/my/en/customer-service...n-installation/
So bottom line, all in 4k should be able to fit in within 4k without doing anything but just pay and wait for them to install

OR

DIY with metod series should still be able to squeeze out maximum material impact out of the 4k but I think cannot have very fancy soft close drawers
Power tools you'd need is a drill/driver (for rail mounting and screwing in all the pieces) and a jigsaw/circular saw for sink hole.
They will NOT do undermount sink cutting for you coz too risky to screw up the hole.
Metod series is better quality as compared to pre-configured but at that price point its hard to fit in the installation.

I chose to brave it with metod series and self installation. Attached Image

You have to prepare the piping using outside contractor. Make sure the size sync with ikea spec. You may ask ikea agents, they will come to measure actual kitchen length n width. I think around rm100 and installation around rm500. The ikea kitchen is quite practical. N good, if you build a custom one.

ooo... then this is probably for small type right?

last time i surveyed in ikea for long table top with built in oven and stove and vent, around 20k or something.
that's why we ended up hiring outside contractor.

anyway, have you hired ikea already?
can share picture and review their works? I'm interested to know

You cannot compare apple to orange. It depends on your kitchen built-up area i.e. how many feet long.
8ft kitchen can be fully specced out on the cabinets and sink for just RM5k. Exclude appliances.

Yup joe its this. My kitchen just small size so its cheap. If u got big2 kitchen one, its gonna be expensive.

Now just surveying since they ask me to measure 1 more time. If ok then only pasang. But will share if i decide to buy yea

But their quote to me is just below 3k for metod model , but my kitchen only 7 kaki la ( total 9 if include fridge)
