Nah. I think he’s just jealous and feel insecure that he’s not middle class like he thought he was. Maybe he’s in the B40 category and jelly when someone else knows more about Rolexes than he does.

I know a lot of B40 driving around in BMWs too. Most feel the urge to show off because they spend a huge chunk of their income on things.
