Chat FoodPanda refuse to refund, What can I do?

I already contacted food panda support team and today they saying their system show self pickup and refuse to refund. The reply from Food panda is attached here.

Any suggestion on what action can be taken?

Did others facing similar issues like mine?

So post the screenshot of the order stating its a delivery and not pick up. All orders will have that info stated.
