hey everyone, bought a condo last year and in the contract stated developer will need to complete all defects within a month.

however, this developer keep on giving me excuse to delay fixing my defects. previously also lie to me about completed the defects but when i went and check, nothing was done. i called and scold then he say maybe the contractor fix the wrong unit. wtf kind of reason is this?

and because of that i cant start my renovation work n have to keep on paying maintenance fee for a house i couldnt move in.

the due date for fixing the defects supposed to be January, but until now the developer still giving me fama excuse.

where can i complain about this? is real estate considered as consumer good?

Based on my experience, when you say will file a case to tribunal... they will be scared and will give in your demands if it really in the contract.

Hopefully no need till need to go tribunal as I read last time got a lot of works and follow up to do.

Big developer no fucuk at this......sometime u threaten them ....also like no feeling


The tribunal max claim is 30 or 50k.

at first the guy in charge even try to cheat me say i submit my defect form too late and already pass their due date.
luckily got all email conversations and their office stamp on the form to prove everything.

i will see what he say after CMCO, else i gonna tell him i will complain to tribunal and CAP d. darn angry all my reno work got delayed so much
