Check your BIOS for video memory and set it from there. Usually can do on previous laptops and desktop, but not sure about newer comptuer with Ryzon.

Does't seems like ram issue or 32-bit windows issue.
Try check your manufacturer bios able to modify UMA settings for the integrated graphics.

The available memory size will be automatically adjusted depending on the workload of your system. But in the case where both system and iGPU need more memory at the same time, the system is the higher priority and will take it all. If you think it is being "stolen" and your system can't use it, you are incorrect. It could manage itself just fine.
Hi, i didnt think the 2.1GB is being "stolen", just feeling curious is it normal for all Ryzen CPU? Cause 2.1GB Hardware reserved quite alot. Of course i am grateful if this setting is able to adjust cause this laptop does have a dedicated RX560X GPU. Because like you said there must be a reason system automatically reserved so much memory for iGPU.
