I'm looking for unit partially furnished project which is nearby lrt/ city with 2-3 rooms. My budget < RM750K. The unit should pet friendly and nice environment. This is for my own stay but 5-6 years down the road planning to rent it out as I will move out.

A lot of agent keep sending old klang road and Harlan kuching projects info.

Can suggest what are other project suits me? Either completed or on-going will do.

But some condos are pet friendly right? I wanna have small breed dog or cat. So, I dont wana have any issue later.

condo usuallynot allowed for pet
because you know malaysia, you kena complaints, authority will come knock your door

unless your pet very quiet, without any smell, then ok

Perhaps TS can share more in details what is your priority upon.

Location:
there are so many projects nearby to LRT/MT, u cant be looking at Ampang today, or PJ tmr and then puchong next week and others.....all in the same time, the area are too broad.

Most importantly which area come to your comfort or is it nearby to your office, or somewhere you prefer the most.

Expected move in:
move in immediately then u need to look for subsales edi, do u have capital standby?
if not, you shall opt for new project with lesser upfront capital required.
then when will be your targeted move in? end this year? next year?

some place are good for own stay but not good for investment, be clear on your objective.

and i dont think many condo are pet friendly environment.
if u adopt small breed then quite quite move in la, as long as it wont create noise.
otherwise u shall look at landed edi.

many agents will propose you, if u do not clear on your objective, u will be more confused

What location are you looking at? You need to specify more smile.gif if subsale, need prepare for downpayment and all the other extra fees.

If under-con, how long can you wait? How many rooms?
